AS PART OF THE ONE DAY JAZZ FESTIVAL, A GUITAR GENIUS WILL PERFORM IN PRAGUE!

Pat Metheny, a multiple Grammy Award winner, is coming to Prague with his latest project, Side-Eye — not just a band, but a constantly evolving creative workshop in which Metheny collaborates with some of the most exciting talents of the young American jazz generation. Side-Eye III+ represents the newest chapter of this concept: a bold, energetic and brilliantly constructed formation in which the legendary guitarist reveals previously unseen sides of his artistry within an inspiring musical environment.

At the concert, well-known themes from Metheny’s body of work will be presented in entirely new interpretations. The young members of Side-Eye III+ enrich the repertoire with fresh rhythmic ideas, electronics and unexpected improvisations, while Metheny leads them with elegance and natural ease in their collective performance.

Side-Eye III+ is not a nostalgic look back, but a vibrant pulse of the present moment — a testament to Pat Metheny’s inexhaustible creativity.
